Exchange Policy

We currently do not accept returns or provide refunds. However, we do offer exchanges under the following conditions:

Eligibility Criteria for Exchange:

• Only applicable for domestic orders.
• Product(s) must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and returned with original tags and packaging.
• Exchange request must be raised within 72 hours of delivery.
• Only one-time size exchange per order is allowed.

Kindly note, we do not entertain exchanges for:

• Minor color differences (due to screen settings)
• Fabric texture, material feel, or subjective quality concerns

Exchange Process

• Raise your exchange request by emailing us at support@shabastore.com within 72 hours of delivery.
• A ₹200 charge per exchange will apply to process the request.
• If your area is eligible, we will schedule a reverse pickup. Pickup will be attempted twice.
• If pickup fails or your pincode is non-serviceable, you will need to self-ship the product to our warehouse.
• Once we receive the item and it passes our quality check, we will dispatch the new size/product within 24-48 working hours.

• We recommend using Speed Post or any reliable courier service.

Cancellation Policy

• COD orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order.
• Prepaid orders are not eligible for cancellation.

To cancel, drop us a mail at support@shabastore.com with your order ID.

Shaba reserves the right to cancel orders in cases such as:

• Out-of-stock fabrics or materials
• Errors in product listings or pricing
• Suspected fraud or payment issues

Our decision on such matters will be final.

Refund Policy

Shaba does not offer returns or refunds once the product has been sold and delivered.
