However, if you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re happy to assist you with product exchanges.
Exchange Policy
We currently do not accept returns or provide refunds. However, we do offer exchanges under the following conditions:
Eligibility Criteria for Exchange:
- Only applicable for domestic orders.
- Product(s) must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and returned with original tags and packaging.
- Exchange request must be raised within 72 hours of delivery.
- Only one-time size exchange per order is allowed.
Kindly note, we do not entertain exchanges for:
- Minor color differences (due to screen settings)
- Fabric texture, material feel, or subjective quality concerns
Exchange Process
- Raise your exchange request by emailing us at support@shabastore.com within 72 hours of delivery.
- A ₹200 charge per exchange will apply to process the request.
- If your area is eligible, we will schedule a reverse pickup. Pickup will be attempted twice.
- If pickup fails or your pincode is non-serviceable, you will need to self-ship the product to our warehouse.
- Once we receive the item and it passes our quality check, we will dispatch the new size/product within 24-48 working hours.

- COD orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order.
- Prepaid orders are not eligible for cancellation.
